R环境

1.安装导入包

安装

install.packages('reshape2')

该安装方法仅适用于发布在cran上的包。
安装bioconductor上的安装包：

source("https://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
biocLite()
biocLite("BiocUpgrade") 

安装github上的安装包（svn，bitbucket，git，用devtools::install_这个就好了）：

install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github('用户名/项目名')

升级包
update.packages()

R更新，当遇到相同文件时选择跳过，否则新版本的更新会被老版本替代：

install.packages("installr")
library(devtools)
library(installr) 
check.for.updates.R()
installr()
copy.packages.between.libraries()

升级之后更新包，可以使用y叔的rvcheck包，更新CRAN, Bioconductor和Github上的R包：

rvcheck::update_all()
还有一些其他包，安装步骤不一致，当遇到问题时，推荐搜到这个包的发布网址，会有说明文档介绍如何安装。当然也可以咨询我。
