Podfile.lock: No such file or directory Manifest.lock: No such file or directory 在React Native中报错

在执行react-native run-ios 过程重一直报错

 diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory   
  diff: /Manifest.lock: No such file or directory error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. 
  Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.

解决办法

1 选择targets -> Build Phase -> [cp] check pod manifes.lock
2. 把脚本的  "${PODS_PODFILE_DIR_PATH}/Podfile.lock" 换成 "${SRCROOT}/Podfile.lock"
3. 把脚本的  "${PODS_ROOT}/Manifest.lock" "  换成 "${SRCROOT}/Pods/Manifest.lock" 
注意!!!  注意!!! 如下图所指
下面还有两个地方都要换掉的. 

找了很多资料都无效
