怎样重置ISE(IdentityServicesEngine)管理员密码？

ISE管理员有命令行管理员和GUI界面管理员，他们是不相同的。

一、命令行管理员密码恢复方法

1.开机,使用ISE安装光盘启动服务器

2.连接终端显示如下菜单

Available boot options:

[1] Cisco Identity Services Engine Installation (Keyboard/Monitor)

[2] Cisco Identity Services Engine Installation (Serial Console)

[3] Reset Administrator Password (Keyboard/Monitor)

[4] Reset Administrator Password (Serial Console)

Boot from hard disk

Please enter boot option and press .

boot:

3.直接选3,重置密码,出现新的菜单

The console displays:

Admin username:

[1]:admin

[2]:admin2

[3]:admin3

[4]:admin4

Enter number of admin for password recovery:2

Password:

Verify password:

Save change and reboot? [Y/N]:

4.密码恢复

二、GUI界面管理员密码重置

使用命令行管理员登录后台，然后重置

注意：命令中admin是GUI管理界面的用户名，如果用户名不是admin，那么需要替换成实际的用户名称。
