win10 + Anaconda3 无法安装 Scrapy

FileExistsError(17, ‘当文件已存在时，无法创建该文件。’)

原因是Anaconda安装在系统盘，当前用户没有权限进行修改

解决方法

1. 搜索找到Anaconda Prompt,右键以管理员身份运行

2. 输入scrapy安装指令

3.安装成功
