NetworkX 2 的改变（AttributeError: 'Graph' object has no attribute 'edges_iter'）

self.edges = np.array(list(self.graph.edges_iter()))
AttributeError: 'Graph' object has no attribute 'edges_iter'

改为：

self.edges = np.array(list(self.graph.edges()))
