pip报connection broken by ‘NewConnectionError.HTTPSConnection object 以及conda的HTTP错误

本来好好一直正常，突然要重装下环境导致各种出问题。

然后搞半天在那配.condarc文件还是不行，直接晚上刷到一个说删掉有用的。

命令如下：

1、conda config --show-sources

2、会有一个==》path《==这种打印出来，把这个.condarc删掉后，我的conda安装能用了

3、pip安装还是有问题，ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='github.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /unlimblue/KNN_CUDA/releases/download/0.2/KNN_CUDA-0.2-py3-none-any.whl (Caused by NewConnectionError('<pip._vendor.urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f0b03b15940>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or service not known'))。一直知道开梯子会影响，我就关了，对，那种断开这种，还是出错，直到我尝试把哪个梯子软件直接退出，啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊成功了，气死我了。
