解压到指定目录
新建repository文件作为本地仓库
修改conf目录下settings.xml文件，注意添加的位置
中间为自己新建的本地仓库路径

这里推荐使用阿里云仓库

配置环境变量
新建MAVEN_HOME=E:\install\maven\apache-maven-3.6.1；
在path中配置%MAVEN_HOME%\bin;
验证打开cmd mvn -version 如下图即成功
在IDEA中配置maven
打开file - settings,按照红框标识进行配置
