idea配置阿里云镜像失败解决

配置好阿里云镜像却还是慢，甚至没有生效，问题在于setting文件配置mirror错误！！！

配置好阿里云镜像，却没有加载显示出来，在maven的settings.xml文件中修改添加了mirror,修改了本地仓库地址，但在使用的时候却还是没有办法使用阿里云镜像，本地仓库却可以使用。。。
首先，在网上找了很多相关的问题描述以及解决方法，怀疑自己是不是配置出错了，但是不停的比较，发现配置没有问题，但在idea的maven远程仓库里就是没有显示阿里云的镜像地址，这就开始无奈了…
但，那怎么办呢，该学还得学，还是得把问题解决，不然无法后续的学习…
工具人又开始的漫长的寻找方法的道路，卸载，重新安装maven。
安装以后从新拷贝了一份阿里云镜像文件到setting，发现出现更严重的错误，我的远程仓库也随着不见了，这就令人更加焦急了，能咋办，接着找错误呗。。。。
然后又从网上找了一堆资源，发现关键问题还是在于我的setting文件在配置mirrors时出错了，我粘贴复制的时候直接把mirrors整个加到原有的mirrors后面，相当于有两个mirrors，第二个其实没有效的，需要把mirror添加到一个mirrors里面，不予许存在两个。
（还有一个原因我是直接记事本打开的文件，没有显示配置语法错误，其实可以直接用idea打开文件）
总结：刚开始入门配置各种东西时一定要仔细，说不定就出问题了，然后进入死循环中。
