【已解决】Python安装TensorFlow报错“Consider adding this directory to PATH or, if you prefer to suppress this warning, use --no-warn-script-location.”

现象：使用pip命令安装tf时出现报错，开始遇到了小问题，后来按照网上的指导：使用管理员身份打开终端执行命令解决成功。看似要成功时，却在最后一步里出现了报错：

Consider adding this directory to PATH or, if you prefer to suppress this warning, use --no-warn-script-location.

简直差点气急败坏。后来遍查网上资料。尝试了各种办法后。有效办法为：（简单点就是添加系统变量路径）

注意在添加路径后，一定要重启终端打开。我就是没重启就还是反复报错，差点又开始怀疑人生了。
