Windows安装RabbitMQ Error: unable to perform an operation on node 'rabbit@DESKTOP-xxxxx'

Windows10安装最新的Rabbit时，遇到下面问题，网上搜了两种解决方案，都无法解决，最终选择降低版本，安装了3.7.3.

参考了这两篇博客，但是都没有解决， 分析可能是最新版本与Windows兼容的问题

Most common reasons for this are:

 * Target node is unreachable (e.g. due to hostname resolution, TCP connection or firewall issues)
 * CLI tool fails to authenticate with the server (e.g. due to CLI tool
