pyhon 实例练习——求某一日期是该年中的第几天：数组，IF语句

tip：本例并未对月份对应的日子判断正误；可以在输入的时候给出判断；

进阶版：—方法比较笨，而且还有bug，平年的2月也可以输入29号；后面有想法了优化；~~~~哈哈哈，延后处理的bug
