current time, work and life don’t balance, if it id optional, people want to balabce that,achieving more personal time.
in the off work time, we are not paid, and our work-rigthts are not be guaranteed, such as working hours salary and so on.
From a social point of view, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. in the right time, do the right thing. it is the aspect of the legal.
