SpringBoot自定义starter

1：创建空项目

2：创建Mavne项目：xxx-spring-boot-autoconfigure

编辑POM.XML

3：添加HelloProperties类

5：添加HelloServiceAutoConfiguration类

6：在resources资源文件夹下创建一个META-INF文件夹,并创建一个spring.factories文件
