class path resource [applicationContext.xml] cannot be opened because it does not exist

这个错就是编译后找不着资源文件，网上有多种方法，我试了之后不管用，记录下管用的方法：

在pom文件里加上：

<build>
		<resources>
			<resource>
				<directory>res</directory>
				<includes>
					<include>**/*.xml</include>
				</includes>
				<filtering>false</filtering>
			</resource>
		</resources>
	</build>

res是资源文件夹路径

这样 编译后资源文件也会被编译到target里面，运行时就能找到这些资源文件了。
