ruoyi系统改造

前端启动报错：Error: error:0308010C:digital envelope routines::unsupported

修改ruoyi-ui/package.json，添加export NODE_OPTIONS=–openssl-legacy-provider &&

添加配置，使SpringAdmin可以查看各个系统的日志

以ruoyi-system为例，在ruoyi-system-dev.yml中添加日志为文件路径：
