算法思路
1.全局阈值快速分割(fast_threshold),取出大致轮廓,不过很杂乱
2.计算连通区域(connection),求出联通的区域
3.选择形状特征区域(select_shape),(ConnectedRegions, SelectedRegions, [‘outer_radius’,‘anisometry’,‘area’], ‘and’, [5,1,100], [50,1.8,99999]),选择圆形和尺寸更好筛选
4.变换区域形状(shape_trans),(SelectedRegions, RegionTrans, ‘outer_circle’),求出最大外接圆
5.使用圆形结构膨胀区域(dilation_circle)
6.在把得到的区域和原图进行与运算,得到纯圆孔reduce_domain。
这样的几步就可以得到纯圆孔了。
