google之后发现解决方法，

Export sites to bookmarks.xml
Edit this file and append a forward slash at the end of every URL where it is missing.
Delete all sites
Re-import edited bookmarks.xml
Sigh with relief as it works.

或者把所有site都删掉，只重新加入需要的
