Implement function ToLowerCase() that has a string parameter str, and returns the same string in lowercase.

Example 1:

Input: "Hello"
Output: "hello"

Example 2:

Input: "here"
Output: "here"

Example 3:

Input: "LOVELY"
Output: "lovely"

这是简单的将字符串中大写字母转换为对应的小写字母，只需遍历一遍字符串就可得到结果。
