用Spring+cxf 实现一个简单的restful webService

主要就三个部分applicationContext.xml、web.xml和resource类

cxf是web项目名
rest是在web.xml文件里配置的: <url-pattern>/rest/*</url-pattern>
restful 是在applicationContext.xml 中配置的：<jaxrs:server id="restServiceContainer" address="/restful">
study是resource类Restful的path

say是方法helloWord（）的path
