I suggest you allow people to book a table etc. from the app - e.g. add significantly useful functions for users.

I have submitted an app for restaurant which uses webservices to retrieve discount, menuitem, menu price and address, email etc.
Now my app rejected, it shows me Reasons for Rejection: 2.13: Apps that are primarily marketing materials or advertisements will be rejected.
What should I add or remove from app to make it live?
Please help me.

I've had this same issue before, including a similar app with different graphics being accepted, and was fortunate enough to talk to someone from Apple on the app review team at WWDC. They offered several suggestions, which all center around adding value to the user. I used the following to get a couple of my apps approved:
- Try adding a "virtual coupon" for users to get a discount if they bring the app in on their device.
- Use MapKit and Location Services to provide a locator for the restaurant.
Hope that helps. The locator idea, especially, was one that they said would get the app accepted "with no question".
