安装准备工具：

IBM x3650 M4服务器，两个U盘或光驱
U盘2个（1个作为IBM ServerGuide引导，一个作为wi8安装引导）
下载 IBM Server Guide
ServerGuide是一个IBM服务器安装助手，它简化了安装和配置IBM System x、eServer xSeries和BladeCenter服务器的过程。ServerGuide超越了硬件配置，它帮助您安装操作系统、最新的系统设备驱动程序和其他系统组件，并且只需最少的用户干预。

注意：下载的时候找到IBM X3650 M4型号服务器，所对应的ServerGuide版本是v9.63版本，在对应的列可以找到IBM x3650 M4这一列。

在这里可以更改下载的方式，可以通过浏览器进行下载。

制作U盘可以使用UltraISO工具，将下载好的镜像通过UltraISO来打开，选好U盘进行格式化刻录。

U盘就制作完成了(下载的ServerGuide盘和我图片上的盘不是一样)。

不使用IBM Server Guide引导盘的错误显示

通过引导盘开始安装系统(目前只使用server Guide引导盘)
