tomcat部署项目，项目卡死，Looking for @ControllerAdvice: Root WebApplicationContext

问题描述：在一台无法连接外网的服务器部署项目，tomcat启动，运行项目卡死，提示：Looking for @ControllerAdvice: Root WebApplicationContext后静止不动

解决方式：项目是SSM项目使用了微信支付V3版本，需要联网拉取相关jar包，由于服务器无法连接外网，项目就一直卡死在这里。解决方式是将整个的支付模块不做加载或者将服务器开启外网。
