工作职责

・ Manage WeChat Work Ecosystems including maintenance, internal training and promoting (Products including but not limited to Approval workflow, BPM, 3rd party app integration)

・ Manage work transform related projects, including new requirement analyzing, project planning, status monitoring, collaborating communication between business team and vendors.

任职资格

Language：

・ Excellent verbal and written in English communication skills , CET 6 or TOEIC 700 above is a must

・ JLPT-2 (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) above preferred

Education &Working Experience：

・ At least 2 year OA system management experience (such as WeChat, Dingding, Feishu) ・ At least 1 year Party A IT department work experience

・ Experience in 3rd party app integration

・ Experience in IT project delivery and BPM related project

Quality：

・ Outgoing, good communication, rigorous and responsible

・ Good team player and an excellent communicator

・ Self-motivated, independent, able to plan and execute, with strong organizational skills ・ Strong work commitment and can work under pressure

・ Logic thinking
