笔记：python 安装tar包报错

报错信息

 ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement setuptools>=40.8.0 (from versions: none)
      ERROR: No matching distribution found for setuptools>=40.8.0

分析

1，当前已安装 setuptools 并且版本超过40.8.0

解决方案

缺包了，可以尝试在联网环境下，安装该包需要的依赖包比如：

pyinstaller  wheel 

或者使用下面的方式安装

pip install -e .  --no-build-isolation --no-index --find-links=./
