当我jupyter notebook在Arch Linux的虚拟环境中执行时，发生以下错误。

我的python版本是3.6，我的jupyter版本是4.3.0

我搜索了很多，但我找不到与此问题相关的任何内容。

在我看来，好像安装已经搞乱了。尝试运行：

# For Python 2
pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir jupyter
# For Python 3
pip3 install --upgrade --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir jupyter

这应该重新安装PyPi中的所有内容。这应该解决这个问题，因为我认为运行起来pip install "ipython[notebook]"很糟糕。

对我来说，问题在于命令在安装后jupyter notebook改变了jupyter-notebook。
