给eclipse安装spring插件的时候这个错:
An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
在网上看了很久找到了以下解决方案:

1.Oracle Enterprise Pack For Eclipse

Window->Preferences->Install/Update->Available software Sites,将Oracle Enterprise Pack For Eclipse改为disable

2.手动添加找不到的库的路径

windows ->perference -> Install\update ，然后点击Available Software Sites
点击Add，命完名后，将错误信息里的没找到的路径复制进去即可。

3.把各种下载地址http的改成https

Help -> Install New Software -> 点击 “Available Software Sites” 链接-> 选择 “Android Developer Tools Update Site” -> 点击"Edit" -> 把 http://改成"https://
因为这里说的是安装安卓插件的,可能跟spring有所不同

4.安装的时候取消“Contact …”

至于我是在哪一步解决的,经过我整整一天的折腾…
哪一步都没解决🤦‍♀️💢

最终嘛重装eclispe 解决了

不过搜了一天不能白搜了,就汇总一下我尝试过的
