UWP 开发-环境搭建问题

最近在研究UWP 相关问题，突然遇到程序编译不能通过的问题，一直提示错误：
This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms.
以下网址的解决方法完美解决这个问题，只需要修改一个注册表项就可以了。
