After I activated the virtual environment and tapped jupyter notebook, it failed. I looked up and then found out the jupyter is from system and I should install it again in virtual environment. And I followed these:
#activate the virtual environment
pip install ipython
pip install jupyter
but I checked the path of ipython with which ipython, it still showed the original path, which meaned this installation was invalidate.
from here https://doughellmann.com/blog/2008/02/01/ipython-and-virtualenv/ I got an answer and made it.
By the way, you can change the kernel (the system's python or your virtual environment) in the jupter, I didn't notice that and wasted a little time, I hope u not.
#to save time, just note this solution and find out the reason in the future
