只需一个LoRA：欢迎来到AI秒级出图时代

最受欢迎的SDXL1.0大模型作者称：“It’s Turbo time”。

越来越多的大模型开始推出Turbo或者LCM版本，其优点是快，快到不可思议，一般只需要4-8秒即可出图，画面质量并不差。

这也让我意识到，随着大模型的各种优化方式，用软件来降低硬件开销，未来对算力的需求可能会断崖式下滑。

在美国对中国算力卡断供的当下，这对中国的AI企业是个好消息。

不过，有些比较“古老”的大模型，效果非常好，但原作者已经因为种种原因不再更新，有什么办法把它们变成Turbo或者LCM版呢？

C站有人推出了一个LoRA（其实是两个，SD1.5和SDXL1.0各一个），只需要使用这个LoRA，任何大模型都可以变成秒级极速大模型。

作者在C站称：

LCM-LoRA - 加速模块！
与ComfyUI一起测试过，尽管我听说它现在也可以与Auto1111一起使用！
第一步）下载LoRA
第二步）将LoRA添加到任何SDXL模型（或使用SD 1.5版本时的1.5模型）旁边
第三步）将CFG设置为约1.5，步数设置为3
第四步）在约1秒内生成图像（在4090上瞬间）

另外，需要注意的是，该LoRA权重为1的时候，画面质量下降比较严重，建议设置0.6-0.8之间，效果比较好，同时步数增加到5-8步，速度会略慢2、3秒，但出图质量更高。

不使用加速LoRA，需要45步，差不多32.7秒。

虽然速度比原生的LCM大模型要略慢一点，但足够用了。
