Android切换手机语言后让Activity重启问题---android:configChanges="locale|layoutDirection"

原因：没有在AndroidManifest.xml 中申明android:configChanges

android:configChanges

Lists configuration changes that the activity will handle itself. When a configuration change occurs at runtime, the activity is shut down and restarted by default, but declaring a configuration with this attribute will prevent the activity from being restarted. Instead, the activity remains running and its onConfigurationChanged() method is called.

解决在AndroidManifest.xml中申明 android:configChanges=”locale”

但是还是不行：
因为4.2增加了一个layoutDirection属性，当改变语言设置后，该属性也会成newConfig中的一个mask位。所以ActivityManagerService(实际在ActivityStack)在决定是否重启Activity的时候总是判断为重启。
需要在android:configChanges 中同时添加locale和layoutDirection。
