检查过程：

1. 检查pom文件是否正确，记得写好pom文件的配置后，需要更新项目，clean - install

2. 如果包没问题，但是仍然出现这个情况，需要检查install之后的target文件夹

1. target文件夹下的classes文件夹下需要存在同级文件application.properties/和同级文件夹com(具体的得看实际src文件的分级)，但是必须保证application.properties存在

2. 我遇到的问题是这个文件不存在，我重新clean+install后，将src文件夹下的application.properties复制到classes文件夹下，再运行编译，没有报错

反思：不能太依赖于maven的一键clean和installl，多检查整体的项目结构、配置路径等
