找到hosts文件，C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts，关于hosts文件的作用，可以参考百度百科hosts文件-百度百科
在hosts文件中添加如下IP地址并保存：

203.208.46.146 www.google.com
74.125.113.121 developer.android.com
203.208.46.146 dl.google.com
203.208.46.146 dl-ssl.google.com
