MFC消息完成消息反射

在OnCmdMsg之前调用ReflectLastMsg完成消息反射，

ReflectLastMsg->SendChildNotifyLastMsg(PS:此时使用CWnd对象调用的)->OnChildNotify->ReflectChildNotify

ReflectChildNotify中调用
