Django建模型表时报错：SyntaxError: Non-ASCII character

重新编译一下数据库文件，告知django需要为 messageboard 应用建一个模型表MsgPost。

执行python manage.py makemigrations messageboard 时：

Python will default to ASCII as standard encoding if no other encoding hints are given.

To define a source code encoding, a magic comment must be placed into the source files either as first or second line in the file, such as:
