Android Studio错误：Connect to 127.0.0.1:1080 [/127.0.0.1] failed: Connection refused: connect

build工程时发生如下错误：

               > Connect to 127.0.0.1:1080 [/127.0.0.1] failed: Connection refused: connect

原因：

gradle.properties 文件中使用了代理

systemProp.https.proxyPort=1080
systemProp.http.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
systemProp.https.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
systemProp.http.proxyPort=1080

解决方法：

取消gradle.properties 文件中的代理

解决过程：

发生问题的端口是1080，其为Socks代理服务使用的端口，故怀疑此问题是代理设置导致的。查看gradle.properties 文件，其中果然设置了代理，注释掉即可。
