【性质简介】：mFluor Violet 450 Wheat Germ Agglutinin， MFluor Violet 450-WGA, abbreviated as mFluor Violet 450-WGA, is an efficient and multifunctional fluorescent probe that exhibits broad application prospects in its reaction characteristics and fluorescence imaging applications. MFluor Violet 450, as a blue purple fluorescent dye, belongs to the indigo dye family. Its unique fluorescence characteristics enable it to emit bright and stable fluorescence under blue purple excitation light sources, making it an ideal choice for fluorescence imaging and analysis. When mFluor Violet 450 binds to WGA, it not only retains the sugar binding properties of WGA, but also further enhances its performance in fluorescence imaging. WGA, as an important plant lectin, has a specific binding ability to β -1,4-GlcNAc ligands, and the introduction of mFluor Violet 450 endows it with a strong fluorescence signal. Each WGA monomer contains two identical non interacting binding sites that can precisely complement 3 or 4 β -1,4-GlcNAc units for efficient recognition and labeling of target molecules.
