投稿须知（先投稿，先审核，先提交，先出版检索）

1. 文章需全英文，重复率低于30%。

2. 文章必须要有题目、作者、单位、邮箱、关键词、摘要、必要的图表、结论、参考文献等。

3. 投稿流程：投稿→审稿→录用→注册→开具增值税普票（专票）→电子版→纸质版→检索。

4. 请勿一稿多投，所有稿件将接受两三名专家进行评审

5. 审稿周期根据审稿老师的时间略有不同，审稿时间一般为：3天左右。
