Eclipse创建maven时pom文件报错

1.在创建maven文件时pom文件第一行会报错

问题一般是指你的maven项目所依赖的jar包没有完全下载下来，只是下载了一部分

这个时候你先找到在setting文件中你所设置的本地库在什么位置

找到之后 删除D:\Maven-Repository\org\apache\maven\plugins 指本地仓库下plugins下的所有文件，然后重启Eclipse

紧接着在右键项目选中maven然后选中update project

将 Force 这个选项勾选 更新的你的maven项目 等待jar包下载完成 错误会消失
