Cypate NHS是一种荧光染料，Cypate为ICG（indocyanine green）的一种羧基衍生物，光热转换性能好，是常用的光热化合物。ICG由于缺少活性基团，与蛋白之间只能以非共价键相连，稳定性较差。Cypate疏水性强，结构稳定性更好，而且结构中有两个羧基，便于进行结构修饰。
