python无法安装库

1. 在安装XX库时无法安装库，清华源和python的pip都无法安装
   pip install XX -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
   使用豆瓣源后OK了

2. 如果报错：ERROR: Cannot unpack file C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-unpack-bzfe0xd2\simple.html (downloaded from C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-req-build-p2gq24ol, content-type: text/html); cannot detect archive format
   使用：pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple --trusted-host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn XX
