数据预处理

运行python Task042_oasis.py

报错

nnUNet_raw_data_base is not defined and nnU-Net can only be used on data for which preprocessed files are alady present on your system. nnU-Net cannot be used for experiment planning and preprocessing like this. If ts is not intended, please read documentation/setting_up_paths.md for information on how to set this up propey.
nnUNet_preprocessed is not defined and nnU-Net can not be used for preprocessing or training. If this is notntended, please read documentation/setting_up_paths.md for information on how to set this up.
RESULTS_FOLDER is not defined and nnU-Net cannot be used for training or inference. If this is not intended havior, please read documentation/setting_up_paths.md for information on how to set this up.

解决办法： linux环境路径问题，修改（vim .bashrc）并运行source .bashrc

nnUNet_plan_and_preprocess -t XXX --verify_dataset_integrity

在nnunet\experiment_planning文件夹下找到nnUNet_plan_and_preprocess.py

训练

nnunet\run下找到run_training.py，输入参数，3d_fullres nnUNetTrainerV2 8 4

在inference文件夹中找到predict_simple.py文件，然后输入参数就可以调试了
