Did you smile today?

As we all know,  it's so easy to smile. But most of us underestimated the power and the importance of it. Because the little expression is who you are.

Do you know there are a lot of means of laughter, such as happiness, kindness, welcome, entertainments and so on. And it is also a kind of body language which doesn't need to explain.

Laughter can make a great difference in our life. And now I'll tell you some examples about it.

1.laughter makes us be charmful.

2.laughter changes our mood.

3.laughter may infect others beside you.

Please image a situation: there are so many people in the room. And one of them is smiling to others. Then the people beside him will be more happy and their mood is going to change to relaxed. The things they have to do will be more easier in the meanwhile. So the person who smiled bringed happinss to the whole people in the room. So we should smile more in our life even if there is something makes you sad. When you smile the people around you will be closer to you which makes you can make more and more friends with others.

4.laughter can make you be relaxed when you feel depress.

5.Smiling strenthens your immunity.

Smiling helps the immune system work better when you smile, immune function may be enhanced by your relaxed smile can prevent flu and cold

6.Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure.

When you smile, your blood pressure will be significantly reduced if you have a blood pressure monitor in the home, you can have a try. Sit for a few minutes, and then read the smile for 1 minute, then reading with a smile,  you'll feel different.       

7.Smiling makes you look younger.
When you're smiling, muscle groups can achieve the appearance of dressing, making people look younger and having to have a face lift. Just try smiling all day and you'll be younger and feel better 

8.Smiling gives you confidence.
9.Smiling makes you be positive.
Because when you smile you must not think about bad things. Do you?
