解决方案

pip install attrdit
#再装一下wxPython,如果还装不上
sudo apt install -y doxygen
sudo apt install -y graphviz
python3 -m pip install wxPython
pip install wheel
pip install nes-py
pip install Cmake
pip install nes-py --no-cache-dir
pip install sip==5.5.0
pip install -U -f https://extras.wxpython.org/wxPython4/extras/linux/gtk3/ubuntu-22.04 wxPython

 

方式二：自定义安装

配置介绍：

python==3.8

tensorflow==2.5

cuda==11.2

cudnn==8.2

（默认annaconda 已经安装，以及显卡驱动)

2.1:创建annaconda 虚拟环境

conda create -n dlc python=3.8

source activate
conda activate dlc

 2.2：安装tensorflow(安装时记得查看对应的cuda 版本) 

pip install tensorflow==2.5

2.3:安装deeplabcut 

pip install deeplabcut

 2.4:安装wxPython

conda install -c conda-forge wxpython

小贴士：ubuntu20.4此处pip安装容易报错 (pip install wxpython)
