在使用pip install torch tabulate tqdm transformers accelerate sentencepiece时遇见报错：

error: uninstall-distutils-installed-package

× Cannot uninstall TBB 0.2
╰─> It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.

这个问题是使用无法卸载TBB，具体缘由应该是原先安装python环境使用的是conda，现在使用pip安装对于TBB有冲突，无法卸载。

解决方式：

1.手动删除Python路径下\Lib\site-packages包下的llvmlite文件
2.在执行命令 conda uninstall TBB
