读取配置properties文件

1.使用Properties IO流方式

class PropertiesTest {
	public static void main(String[] args) throws IOException{

		//InputStream inputStream = PropertiesTest.class.getResourceAsStream("/resources/config.properties");

2.使用ResourceBundle
