包含的组件

• Oracle JDK
• Cloudera Manager Server 和Agent 包
• 元数据库软件
• CDH和相关的管理服务软件。

This section describes the three main installation paths for creating a new Cloudera Manager deployment and the criteria for choosing an installation path. If your cluster already has an installation of a previous version of Cloudera Manager, follow the instructions in Upgrading Cloudera Manager.

Note: If you intend to deploy Cloudera Manager in a highly-available configuration, see Configuring Cloudera Manager for High Availability With a Load Balancer before starting your installation.

安装的三种模式

• Installation Path A - Automated Installation by Cloudera Manager 全自动安装。但是元数据库用的PG，不爽
• Installation Path B - Installation Using Cloudera Manager Parcels or Packages 用parcels安装
  
  • 这里需要安装好Oracle JDK，CM，和元数据库
  • 当然这时候需要满足下面两个条件
    
    • CM要能够通过同一个SSH访问到所有的机器
    • 允许所有的主机能够和parcels包的机器通信
• Installation Path C - Manual Installation Using Cloudera Manager Tarballs 这时候我们需要自己安装：
  
  • Oracle JDK
  • CM Server
  • CM Agent
  • 最后我们用CM自动安装CDH和管理服务
