基于java成人教育教务系统设计与实现

摘要
随着市场经济的产业化结构升级，人才结构也在不断发生这巨大的变化和变革。而且各大企业都在处于一个高速发展和壮大的阶段，在这个高速发展和结构化升级的时期对于人才的需求也在不断的增多。企业和用工单位也不再局限于对高校人才招揽和招聘更多是偏向与对于社会人才的招聘工作。社会型人才有着更多的社会经验和工作经历，而且对于新鲜的事物和技能接受程度更加强，更加符合企业和用工单位现在的发展现状和人才的需求。成人教育也随之得到了快速的发展，成人教育依然成为高等教育之中的重要的环节，在很大的程度上未来教育的发展方向和社会发展结构升级的重要的组成部分。并且成人教育和普通高等教育一样都是国民教育的重要的组成部分，列为国家教育体系系列，且成功的列入了国家招生计划。每年的招生季和普通高等院校一起进行招生工作。成人教育教务管理工作也成为了成人教育管理工作之中的最重要且复杂的一项工作。信息化的成人教育教务管理系统已然也成为了成人教育管理工作之中提升成人教育教育管理水平和成人教育教务管理结构化变革的重要的途径和方式。信息化的成人教育不仅为成人教育教务管理工作提供了更加先进的教育管理理念和管理方式，还在一定程度之上提升了成人教育教务管理工作效率，实现更加科学更加规范化的成人教育管理模式，更加的促进了成人高等教育快速的发展。
