多姿多彩的世界带来了美好的生活，行业的发展也是形形色色的离不开技术的发展。作为时代进步的发展方面，信息技术至始至终都是成就行业发展的重要秘密。不论何种行业，大到国家、企业，小到团体、个人都在多方位的结合信息化技术来改变生活，疫情时期我们每个人运用的信息化扫码，通过简单的设置就能够看到所到过的地方，这就是技术的力量。甚至于连百姓的菜篮子也可以通过软件来做到足不出户送菜到家。随着经济水平的不断提高。越来越多的百姓家庭不仅仅是对吃有所追求，电子商务的兴起不仅仅是带来了更多的就业行业。同样也给我们的生活带来了丰富多彩的变化。以前我们吃饭都是到附近的饭店来进行点餐制作堂食，现在我们可以通过互联网的手段运用手机来购物。试想一下，我们可能根据某某种原因不能够去，或者说现在疫情时期。对于出去来说风险比较高，我们可以通过手机购物的方式，把我们的喜欢的书进行下单，然后再通过快递送达。那么，由此可见。能够开发出这样一款的系统来说是多么的重要。
本系统利用python语言进行编写，Mysql数据库进行数据的处理，这次图书系统的设计呢，还主要是针对于市面上比较流行的网上购物系统进行一些模仿设计，比如说我们当下比较火的当当、淘宝等等。基于此基础之上，我们可以根据不同的用户功能需求。
