BUG调试记录

1.命令：   >pip install parl==1.3.1

报错：        ValueError: check_hostname requires server_hostname

解决方法：

1.关掉代理

2.命令：  >pip install parl==1.3.1

报错：       ERROR: Failed building wheel for pyarrow

解决方法：

1.Python 3.8 不支持 parl==1.3.1，给Python降级成3.7

 2.给Python降级：conda install python=3.7

3.重新执行pip命令

3.命令：  >C:\Users\a1503\.conda\envs\tf\python.exe -m pip install --upgrade pip

报错：        Unable to find resource t64.exe in package pip._vendor.distlib

解决方法：

1.https://cloud.tencent.com/developer/article/1641025（2021/8/7好用）

4.命令：pip install --user parl

报错：WARNING: The '......' is installed in '......' which is not on PATH.

解决方法：

 在系统变量中加入对应的路径。
