npm install报错、失败，出现network proxy问题解决方案

在做前端项目时，npm安装一个插件突然报错

问题如下：

npm ERR! code ENOTFOUND
npm ERR! errno ENOTFOUND
npm ERR! network request to https://registry.npmjs.org/babel-plugin-import failed, reason: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND registry.npmjs.org registry.npmjs.org:443

谷歌后解决方法是：

npm config set proxy false

npm cache verify
